Product Application Specialist
North-Germany (m/f/d)
As a Product Application Specialist, you actively engage with the regional team and collaborate across departments to drive and grow the business. You lead customer accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
You support & advice the sales account managers, distributors, resellers and customers throughout the sales process by resolving issues related to assays and/or instruments.
Your Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and provide training to Internal & External customers.

Assisting the Sales team with pre and post sales technical activities such as on-site productpresentations and demonstrations, and participate at exhibitions as requested.

Understand the unique medical technology, application and maintenance of Tosohproducts.

In depth knowledge on the instruments and assays
-
Provide scientific support for the installation, implementation and maintenance of the clinicalsystem range at customer sites and assisting in evaluation and validation of assays.

Complaint handling, analysis and action including resolving technical product / serviceissues.
-
Provide remote (phone, online) support to both Internal & External customers.

Works with customers to identify their technical specifications and determine whatdocumentation is required to incorporate the products into customer applications.

Develop application notes that clearly describe how the products should be used in thecustomers' target application.

Develop and sustain effective cross-team communication and working relationships withcolleagues.
-
Manage the administrative part of marketing group activities in compliance with standarddeadlines.

Provide support during product evaluations & automation projects.

Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics, the Quality Management System, the Company Policies and the Corporate Procedures.
Your Profile:
-
Bachelor in Science, Chemistry, Biology or equivalent
-
Experience in providing training, service and support to external customers with regard to assay training, instrument operation, instrument calibration and troubleshooting.

Experience assisting internal and external customers in product investigation/complaints, to ensure customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance and problem resolution
-
Knowledge of the laboratories process flow.

Independent judgment capacity in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Ideally located in the North of Germany
