Customer Service Specialist 

(m/f/d) 


The Customer Service Representative in the Supply Chain department serves as a liaison between customers and Tosoh. This role involves handling order entry, managing complaints, addressing errors, answering account questions, processing billing, handling cancellations, and responding to other inquiries. The representative ensures high-quality service and maintains quality standards for customers, the salesforce, and the field service team, contributing with a continuous improvement mindset to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly targets. 

Your responsibilities 

  •  You handle order entry, complaint resolution, customer inquiries, logistics, and potential purchasing related to orders. 

  • You maintain composure and stay calm under pressure in a constantly changing environment, managing multiple tasks and competing priorities with grace and efficiency. 

  • You are solutions-oriented with a positive mindset, able to overcome setbacks, and persistent in reaching your objectives. 

  • You are an excellent communicator, adapting your communication style to suit various internal and external customers. 

  • This role is set in an international environment. 

  • This role reports to the Customer Service & Inventory Manager. 

  • Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics, the Quality Management System, Company Policies, and Corporate Procedures. 

Your Profile:

  •  Bachelor degree (or higher) 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an international Customer Service environment 

  • Fluent in English, Dutch would be great and German a plus 

  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus 

  • Positive and agile mindset 

  • Fuelled by customer happiness 

Personal skills:

  • Strong communicator with an empathic attitude 

  • Strong planning and organizational skills
