We are currently looking for a 


 Customer Service Specialist

(m/f/d) 


 The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and Tosoh.  He/she deals with order entry, complaint handling, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations and other queries.  He/she ensures a high quality of service and quality standards towards customers, the salesforce and the Field Service team and contributes with a continuous improvement mindset to achieve the daily, monthly and yearly targets.  This role reports into the Customer Service Supervisor. 

Your responsibilities 

  • The order to cash process, from order entry to final invoice. 
  • Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or e-mail with service and quality standards. 
  • Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints by communicating effectively and quickly. 
  • Ensures that the predetermined KPI’s are achieved. 
  • Interfaces daily with our internal and external customers. 
  • Documents Customer Service procedures and maintains them according to corporate policies. 
  • Supports the Customer Service Supervisor in the various projects. 
  • Continuously strives to improve service delivery quality and customer satisfaction. 
  • Ensures compliance with the Code of Conduct, the Quality Management System, the Company Policies and the Corporate Procedures. 

Your Profile:

  •  Bachelor degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an international Customer Service environment 
  • Fueled by customer happiness and problem solving 
  • Knowledge of SAP/FreshDesk is a plus. 

Personal Skills:

  • Empathic attitude and communication style
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Fluent in Italian. Good knowledge of English. Any other language would be a plus.
