G8 Chromatograms

The G8 HPLC analyzer supports the following three analysis modes:

• Standard HbA_1c Mode - a 1.0 minute mode for the most rapid analysis.
• Variant HbA_1c Mode - an extended 1.6 minutes mode to allow variant detection.
• β-thalassemia Mode - a dedicated 6.0 minutes mode for HbF and HbA₂ quantitation with the best hemoglobin variant separation available.

Chromatogram examples for each of these modes are shown below.

GX Chromatograms

The GX HPLC analyser supports the following analysis modes:

• Variant HbA_1c Mode – a 2.2 minutes mode allowing variant detection.

G11 Chromatograms

The G11 HPLC analyzer supports the following three analysis modes:  

• Standard HbA1c Mode - a 30 second mode for the most rapid analysis
• Variant HbA1c Mode - an extended 1.0 minutes mode to allow variant detection
• β-thalassemia Mode - a dedicated mode for HbF and HbA2 quantitation with the best hemoglobin variant separation available (coming soon)
