Chromatograms

Below are examples of chromatograms for each of our HLC-723 series analysers

G7 Chromatograms

The G7 HPLC analyzer supports the following three analysis modes:

  • Standard HbA1c Mode - a 1.2 minutes mode for the most rapid analysis.
  • Variant HbA1c Mode - an extended 2.2 minutes mode to allow variant detection.
  • β-thalassemia Mode - a dedicated 7.5 minutes mode for HbF and HbA2 quantitation with the best hemoglobin variant separation available.

Chromatogram examples for each of these modes are shown below.

Standard HbA1c Mode (1.2 minutes) examples :

β-thalassemia Mode (7.5 minutes) examples:
Normal Patient β-Thalassemia and HbS compound heterozygote

G8 Chromatograms

The G8 HPLC analyzer supports the following three analysis modes:

  • Standard HbA1c Mode - a 1.0 minute mode for the most rapid analysis.
  • Variant HbA1c Mode - an extended 1.6 minutes mode to allow variant detection.
  • β-thalassemia Mode - a dedicated 6.0 minutes mode for HbF and HbA2 quantitation with the best hemoglobin variant separation available.
